The second secret of Excelsior is the experience combined with the competence of our roasting experts so that for 60 years we have been creating unique blends.

But it is the last secret the most important one: every stage of the production process is controlled strictly and manually by our experts, the machinery does not substitute the work of the human. This is the tradition of the artisan coffee roasting, the one which transforms a good coffee in an excellent one.
